Music as a subject (of study) and as an area of the culture, which is an activity of musicians who are creating their art form, which is the music compositions itself. What is the ranking of music within the overall scope of important human activities? What level does music rank, what is its importance? Not as high as you may presume. In fact, music is overrated.
