 If you drink water, plain water, all the time, it is probably going to just pass through your bdy and not get absorbed. However, if you have some salt with it, electrolytes, magnesium (mineral), then it will help your body and the cells, open up and absorb the water.  

     

Is he ugly or not ugly?  How do we want to look? First of all, let's accept how we are!  We come from our genetics and our past-lives influence.  Modern society and science will mostly focus on the genetics.  This means, the traits you inherit from Mom and Dad. "dad" of those in the Civilogia school happens to be Ahgapa. your face and body type may surely be originating from his!   Video for stimulating this discussion...   Watch the video and let's discuss these concepts.  Remember though, the looks are only superficial mostly.  Superficial means it is not as important as what is WITHIN - your real personality and soul.  That has to be better than the face!

    IN this first video, at 05:18 she starts to talk about getting a cavity filled or NOT??   Do not get the filling, just care for the teeth and allow it to heal and regrow.  It is a very important advice she offers!
